Each pet has a separate profile with a passport, health history and documents. Switch between pets in one account.
- Photos and PDFs alongside records. Link test results and vet instructions to the relevant record or medication course.
- Reminders for important dates. Save vaccinations, upcoming dates and planned care tasks.
- Keep each history separate. Each pet’s documents and records stay in their own profile.

How much does it cost?
All features described on this page are free within usage limits. This includes the Secretary and document text recognition.
What are the limits?
Limits apply separately to each account:
- Secretary: up to 30 new tasks per hour. Messages and attachment uploads share a limit of 60 submissions per hour.
- Voice messages: up to 20 transcriptions per hour. Attachment analysis by the Secretary: up to 20 per hour.
- Document text recognition: files up to 15 MB and up to 100 PDF pages. Each run processes up to 30 pages that need image recognition; further pages may be skipped.
Request limits reset automatically within the next hour. You do not need to reset them yourself. If you reach a limit, try later; you can still add records manually. For a large document, choose a smaller file or the pages you need.
Do I have to transfer the whole history right away?
No. Start with what you need now: the latest test result, current weight or a medication course. Add older documents later.
Does my vet need to install PetsHealth too?
No. Send or show the PDF report. Your vet doesn’t need a PetsHealth account to view that file.
Does Secretary recommend treatment?
No. It helps with records, reminders and reports. Your vet decides on diagnosis, dosage and treatment.
Who can access the records?
You control shared access to the profile. Read about how the service processes data in our privacy notice.
