PetsHealth
Personal Data Protection Policy
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Purpose and principles
This Policy explains the practical personal-data protection measures for the current PetsHealth Website. We follow transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, security and accountability principles appropriate to the processing actually carried out.
2. Data categories
- Contact details and other information that you type into a Website form: currently processed only in your browser and not sent to PetsHealth.
- Technical request data handled by hosting, CDN, font, video and security providers when a resource is requested.
- A local-storage preference recording your cookie/privacy choice; it is not sent to PetsHealth and does not contain your name or contact details.
- Information you choose to send by email, phone, social network or messaging service; that channel’s provider also processes it.
3. Processing and access
The Website has no login, account database, application backend, CRM integration or server-side form handler in the current build. PetsHealth personnel therefore do not have an internal database of Website form submissions to access, export or delete. Access to any direct correspondence is limited to the people and providers needed to receive and answer it.
4. Security
The Website is delivered over HTTPS when deployed with the configured hosting provider. We keep the public code and content separate from any future backend credentials and do not ask for passwords, payment data or medical records through the current forms. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. Deletion procedure
To request deletion, write to info@petshealth.app and describe the data or communication concerned. Because the current forms do not transmit values to PetsHealth, there is normally no form record in our systems to delete. We will review any correspondence that we actually hold and delete it where there is no legal or security reason to retain it. For local storage, use the footer’s Privacy settings control or clear the Website’s site data in your browser.
6. Third-party infrastructure
Hosting, CDN, Google Fonts, Webflow CDN, email, phone, social networks, messaging platforms and app stores are independent providers. They may process technical data or communications under their own policies. Their systems may be located outside your country. Do not send sensitive information through an external channel unless you have reviewed that provider’s terms.
7. Data-subject requests
Where applicable, requests may concern access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Contact info@petshealth.app. We may request proportionate identity verification and may refuse or limit a request only where permitted by applicable law. You retain the right to contact a competent data-protection authority.
8. Incidents and updates
If we become aware of a personal-data incident involving data under our control, we will assess it and take the steps required by applicable law. This Policy is reviewed when the Website gains a backend, analytics, accounts or other new processing; the published page contains the current version.
