Privacy Notice

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Scope and contact

This Privacy Notice describes how the current PetsHealth Website handles information. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact info@petshealth.app.

2. Information you enter

The Website contains contact, beta-testing and business-interest forms. They may contain a name, email address, optional phone number, optional pet or business information, an optional message and the fact that you checked the consent box.

In the current build the forms do not send data to a PetsHealth server or save it in a database. The browser only validates the fields and displays a local confirmation. If a server, CRM, email integration or application account is connected later, this notice must be updated before that processing begins.

3. Technical information

When a page is requested, hosting, CDN, font, video and other infrastructure providers may receive standard technical request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time, referrer and security logs. PetsHealth does not currently operate its own analytics, advertising pixels, user accounts, push notifications or behavioural profiling on this Website.

The Website loads Montserrat from Google Fonts and some videos from Webflow CDN. Those requests are made to the respective providers when the related resource is loaded.

4. Local storage and cookies

The current Website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It uses one necessary browser local-storage entry, petshealth_cookie_consent, to remember whether the privacy notice has been shown and which preference you selected. This entry does not identify you and does not send data to PetsHealth.

You can remove this entry through the “Privacy settings” control in the footer or by clearing site data in your browser. Removing it will show the notice again.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Technical request data is processed by the relevant infrastructure provider to deliver, secure and maintain the Website. The legal basis may be legitimate interest or another basis applicable to the provider and the specific processing. The local preference is necessary to remember your choice. If you email or call us, we use the information in that communication to respond to you. We do not currently use the form values for a separate PetsHealth processing purpose because they are not transmitted.

6. Recipients and third parties

PetsHealth does not sell personal data and does not currently share it with analytics or advertising networks. Third-party providers process data under their own notices and terms.

  • Vercel or another deployment and hosting provider used to serve the Website and maintain security logs.
  • Google Fonts infrastructure for the Montserrat font, while it remains enabled in the Website.
  • Webflow CDN infrastructure for the externally hosted feature videos.
  • Apple, Google, social, messaging, email and telecom providers when you follow an external link or use a contact link.
  • Public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

7. Retention and deletion

The current PetsHealth build does not receive or store values entered into the Website forms, so there is no PetsHealth form database to delete. The local privacy preference can be deleted at any time through the footer control or browser site-data settings.

Infrastructure providers may retain technical and security logs under their own retention policies. PetsHealth cannot directly erase logs held by those providers; requests concerning a provider’s processing should also be directed to that provider. Messages sent by email or through social or messaging services are retained according to those services and the recipient’s practices.

8. Your rights

Where data-protection law applies, you may have the right to be informed, access your data, request correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send a request to info@petshealth.app. We may need to verify your identity and will respond without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Children and updates

The Website is not directed to children and PetsHealth does not knowingly request children to submit personal data through it. We may update this notice when the Website or its data practices change; the latest version will be published here.
