1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PetsHealth website, its information pages, beta-testing page and contact forms (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms.

2. What PetsHealth provides

PetsHealth presents a pet-care application and its planned features, including medical records, reminders, veterinary services and pet-related information. Features shown on the Website may be in development, unavailable in your country or changed without notice.

The Website is informational. It is not a veterinary clinic and does not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or emergency care.

3. Forms and user-provided information

The Website displays forms that ask for a name, email address, message, phone number and, depending on the form, pet or business information. In the current implementation these forms are validated and completed only in your browser: no form endpoint or PetsHealth database is connected, and the entered values are not transmitted to or stored by this Website.

Do not submit medical records, payment details, passwords or other sensitive information through these forms. If you contact us by email or phone, that communication is handled by your email or telecom provider and by the recipients of the message.

4. Third-party services and links

The Website contains links to app stores, social networks, messaging services and other websites. When you follow a link, the relevant third party processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. PetsHealth does not control those services.

Some page assets are loaded from third-party infrastructure, including Google Fonts and video files hosted on the Webflow CDN. Availability and processing by those providers are governed by their policies.

5. Intellectual property

The PetsHealth name, design, text, graphics, videos and software on the Website belong to PetsHealth or their respective licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, redistributing or commercially exploiting Website materials without permission is not allowed.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the Website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, overload or probe the Website.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, malicious or misleading content through any available channel.
• Do not use the Website as a substitute for emergency veterinary assistance.

7. Availability and liability

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PetsHealth is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, network failures or reliance on informational content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes

We may update the Website, these Terms or the planned features from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Website after an update means that the updated terms apply.
